More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
